FAQ
How long does it take until I see the photos
Please allow 7 to 14 business days for regular session delivery, and 30 to 45 business days for weddings. Weekends are not included in these timeframes.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I’m based in El Paso, Texas, and I’m happy to travel for your session if my schedule allows. Travel fees will vary depending on lodging and transportation costs, and a final quote will be provided once those details are confirmed.
Can we have our photos printed?
You have the option to order prints directly from my website by adding your favorites to the cart. Alternatively, you can download your photos and have the printing rights to use another company of your choice.
Is the gallery going to be up for download anytime?
You have 30 days to download your gallery and make unlimited copies. After 30 days, a $50 reactivation fee will apply to regain access. Please note that the entire gallery is typically deleted from my device 90 days after delivery, so it’s important to save your favorites in time.
Do you use Photoshop?
While Photoshop is used for basic enhancements like blemish removal, skin smoothing, and teeth whitening, the photographer does not perform significant or unrealistic alterations to physical appearance (such as changing body shape or removing tan lines).

Do I need to make a deposit?
To reserve your session date, a 20% deposit is kindly required. This deposit goes toward your full balance, which is due on the day of your session. I truly appreciate your understanding that dates are only reserved once the deposit is received.
